The Lakes Bal Masque Whiskymaker’s Editions The Lakes Bal Masque was released at the end of 2021 and is the fourth of Lakes’ Whiskymakers Editions, a series of limited editions exploring the relationship between Lakes Distillery’s English single malt whisky and the various oak types available to the master whiskymaker. This Bal Masque Whiskymaker’s Editions was one of the last of these small batches created by former Lakes Distillery Master Whiskymaker Dhavall Gandhi, who subsequently departed to create his own creative whisky studio.
