Please check the fiber content, dimensions, and washing instructions indicated on the product before wearing it. If you encounter any quality issues and require compensation, please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase. The warranty period for the product is two years. If a defect is confirmed within two years from the date of purchase, free repair service will be provided. For damages to materials and embellishments caused by usage, repair services will be provided for a fee, regardless of the warranty period. The priority for compensation for defective products is as follows: first, free repair; if repair is not possible, replacement; if replacement is not feasible, a refund will be provided in that order.   Trench London Exchange/Refund Policy Exchanges and refunds are possible within 14 days of purchase if the product was bought at a Trench London store, has no signs of use or damage, and has not been altered. Please bring your receipt when you visit. If a manufacturing defect is found that cannot be repaired or if the item cannot be used normally even after repair, exchanges or refunds will be provided within the quality assurance period (two years from the date of purchase). Please note that items purchased at duty-free shops cannot be exchanged due to the unique distribution structure of duty-free products.   Trench London Product Usage Instructions General Guidelines for All Products Trench London’s materials (leather, fabric, patent leather, synthetic leather, denim, coated fabric, etc.) are sensitive to moisture and heat. Avoid exposing the products to these elements. Store products in the provided dust bags in a well-ventilated area. All leather used by Trench London is natural, meaning small marks or discolorations on the surface are not defects but proof of genuine materials. These leathers are naturally dyed and untreated for waterproofing or processing. Avoid exposing the products to moisture (rain, water, sweat, etc.), oils, humidity (such as high summer humidity), and direct sunlight. Be cautious of color transfer to light-colored clothing during wear. Natural leather edges may stain other materials if exposed to moisture, so take care during use. If the product gets wet, wipe it immediately to remove moisture and minimize damage, as damaged materials cannot be repaired. All materials used in Trench London products (leather, fabric, patent leather, synthetic leather, denim, coated fabric, etc.) may wear on the surface due to use, which does not affect the product’s durability. Be careful to avoid scratches or tears from sharp objects and impacts, as these cannot be repaired. External dark-colored objects (jeans, dark clothing, etc.) can cause color transfer to all Trench London materials, which cannot be fixed or washed out. Wear and color loss can occur due to the material’s characteristics, which does not affect durability and may be unrepairable. Trench London does not offer washing or repair services that replace damaged materials with domestic materials. For repairs, contact a professional service individually. Metal parts with a vintage finish may have inconsistent surface colors, a characteristic intended by the designer and not a product defect.   Footwear Products All Trench London footwear products do not support adding rubber soles to the existing leather soles for wear or slip resistance, as this alters the original leather characteristics. Trench London stores do not offer rubber sole attachment services. Any unauthorized modifications void exchange/refund eligibility and limit repair options to local services. Due to the natural material properties, color bleeding can occur if shoes are exposed to moisture, particularly with bright-colored shoes. Be cautious of dye transfer to socks or feet, especially in rain or snow. Bright-colored shoes should not be washed or dyed. Be cautious when wearing them with denim, and note that leather materials can be damaged by polishing agents.   Clothing Trench London is not responsible for product damage caused by consumer negligence or improper washing, nor for issues with products past the quality assurance period (two years). Paid repairs may be available if feasible.
