Ink Gin Floral Infused Craft Gin is Australia’s first luxury premium gin, hand-crafted and pot distilled in small batches with organic botanicals in the Northern Rivers of New South Wales. Ink Gin is a premium dry gin made with 14 botanicals that include a mix of traditional and Australian natives, with locally grown lemon myrtle next to juniper berries at the top of the flavour profile. A suite of organic ingredients including coriander, Tasmanian pepper berries, freshly sun dried orange peel, cardamom, cinnamon, elderflower, and oris, angelica and licorice roots playing supporting roles adding balance, aroma, fragrance and spice. Apart from its distinctive taste, an innovative additional step in the gin making process sets Ink Gin apart from all other gins. After distillation, we organically infuse the gin for 24 hours with butterfly pea flower petals, a flower that has long been used in herbal infusions and Asian cuisine. The natural floral ink gives Ink Gin its beautiful and luxurious royal blue to deep purple colour, with the colour varying depending on the angle and intensity of light.
