Description Our 6ft inflatable tube man is made of a polyester mesh that holds up well to outdoor conditions. This tube man is completely customizable, you can change the color of the arms, body, and hair! You can add your logo, images, or text to really get your message across. This tube man is great for indoor or outdoor events as its overall height is 8ft. This tube man can be used for parties, sporting events, festivals, or for businesses. The tube man itself is 6ft tall and when placed on its blower, will stand at roughly 8ft. The blower is 9 inches in diameter and can be plugged into any standard outlet. These blowers are not battery powered, so you will need the plug them in. These blowers are not all-weather and cannot get wet. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on custom items. Once you approve the design, it is final. We do not have a warranty on any of our products, but we do offer some free repairs if the damage isn’t too severe. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS What sizes of tube men are AVAILABLE for your custom options? For our custom inflatable tube men, we offer a variety of sizes! We have 6, 10, and 18 feet. What diameter are your tube men? The diameters vary based on the size of the blow-up advertising man. Our 6-foot tube man is a 9-inch diameter.Our 10-foot tube man is a 12-inch diameter. Our 18-feet tube man is a 18-inch diamater.  Are custom tube men double-sided? Our custom inflatable tube man products are double-sided by default! However, you can get a different front/back. Are the stock tube men double sided? Our stock tube men have the same design on the front and back! Is the design free? Yes it is! Just fill out a free design request. How will I know what the design looks like? We send proofs and make changes as requested. Each time we send a proof and require approval. Can I make my own art? Of course! We offer templates on our site in Photoshop and Illustrator. Just make sure you do notchange the templates. These are ready to go and use. What can I print on my tube man? Go wild with your custom inflatable tube man! You can pick the wording, text, colors, and add logos, plus much more! For example, we have printed characters onto the bodies of tube men! Can I print a photo on my tube man? Yes, you can! Just keep in mind that the photo does need to be a high resolution. The blow-up advertising man is also a little narrow. The best file type for printing on a custom inflatable tube man or other advertising product is a vector. This can be .ai/ .eps/ or .svg/. If you do not have any of these formats, email our team with what you have, and we can check it out for you. Does the price of my custom flag go up with more colors or text? We do not charge by the letter or color! We charge based on the size of the flag and/or hardware. What is the tube man made of? Our tube men are made of a polyester blend.  ABOUT HARDWARE What size blowers do the tube men use? Each custom inflatable tube man has a different-sized blower depending on the diameter. Our 6-foot tube man is 9 inches in diameter.Our 10-foot tube man is 12 inches in diameter. Our 18-feet tube man is 18 inches in diameter.  Are your blowers waterproof? The blowers are not intended for use in the rain or for water. Some companies may say the blower is waterproof; however, the custom air dancer is unable to stay up in rainy conditions. ABOUT TUBE MEN What is the production time? Producing 1-3 tube men typically requires 3 business days. However, for specific styles like the arrow tube man or the two-legged blow-up advertising man, a minimum of 1 week is needed for each custom inflatable tube man. How long do your tube men last? Tube men lifespan can vary greatly depending on various factors. Out here in California the flags fade faster.Because of this we say that flags typically last 6-12 months. However, we have had customers who have had their items for years.  Can I rush the production time? Yes, we do offer rush production. Cost is determined by what it is you are ordering, the quantity, and how quickly you would need them done. Email our designers for more information.We can also do rush shipping if you need your custom inflatable tube man as quickly as possible. To do so, you have to send us an email at [email protected]. You will hear back the same day if the order is placed within business hours.  Do your custom tube men have a warranty? Our products do not come with any warranty. Because your blow-up advertising man is intended to be used outdoors, it is hard to predict what may happen. The better you take care of your custom inflatable tube man, the longer it will last. We suggest bringing them inside during inclement weather, at night, or if it gets super windy.For more information, click here. Do you offer repairs on ripped products? We only offer repairs on CUSTOM items. If your order is within 6 months, we can offer free repairs. We mainly do repairs on our flag sleeves. Our custom inflatable tube men and other custom items ship from Riverside, California. However, if your order contains stock or hardware, we may split the shipment, sending items from our warehouse in Georgia. Who do you ship with? Depending on the size of the order we ship with USPS and UPS. If I order a stock item when will it ship? If you order before 10am PST on a business day it will most likely ship out that same day. If not it willship out on the following business day. How fast is ground shipping? This really varies by state. For the most part it is 3-5 business days. Do you offer express shipping? Yes, we can expedite the arrival of your custom inflatable tube man. You will need to email us with your billing, shipping, and order information. We will then send you an invoice with the quote information. Will I get a tracking number? We send tracking numbers 24 hours after the blow-up advertising men ship. Be sure to check your spam or junk box. What if I need to change my address after I placed my order? If you need to change your address, please call us as soon as you can. If the order has not left our facility, we can change it. However, if USPS or UPS already has the package, fees will apply. If the custom inflatable tube man is already out for delivery, we are unable to make any more changes. What if there’s something wrong with my product? Once you get your custom air dancer, make sure you open it as soon as possible. You only have 5 business days from when you received the items to let us know if something is wrong. Yes, we do offer rush shipping so you can make sure you have your custom inflatable tube man in time for an upcoming event. ABOUT RETURNS Can I return my custom items? Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on a custom inflatable tube man or other custom items because they require approval before being sent out.
