Thanks to its NEO Dyneema fabric, highly resistant to abrasion, this bag is incomparable. This exclusive fabric was specifically developed by NEO and its technical fabric manufacturer for a more durable and lighter product. This Ultra-light rucksack concept is based on a full volume carrying system designed by NEO. The shoulder straps are directly connected to the weight to carry instead of the usual back part. The ergonomic back and belt were designed for long-term carrying. We accept returns within 28 days of purchase if item(s) are unworn, in original condition, and with tags attached. You can exchange or receive a full refund. Some items, like hats, socks, and facemasks, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

To return, please send the item to Tradestaff Workwear, 596 Colombo St, Christchurch, with your invoice number. Return shipping is at your cost, but we’ll refund postage if an item is deemed faulty.

Clearance items and branded goods are non-refundable, but exchanges are allowed within 28 days (only if stock is available).
